Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela , the Ex-President of South Africa died at 95 due to a lung infection.The news has been confirmed by the current South African President Jacob Zuma. Numerous leaders have grieved his death including Barack Obama (President-USA) , David Cameron (Prime Minister-UK) , Francois Hollande (President-France) , George W Bush (Ex-President-USA) , Bill Clinton (Ex-President-USA) as well as many others.
Nelson Mandela was born on 18ᵗʰ of July, 1918. He was a Freedom fighter and then became President of South Africa. Mandela spent many years in jail, convicted for high treason. He was released in 1990 and in 1993, he received the Nobel prize for Peace. Mandela was chosen as a president in 1994 and he resigned in 1999.
He died after a long fight against a lung infection at his residence in Johannesburg, South Africa.
